Sample Artist Mural Contract

This contract is intended as a model for negotiations between an artist and his/her client regarding the commission of a mural. It fairly covers the artist’s rights and responsibilities, although the artist should note that the commissioner of a mural might wish to include wording on further rights and responsibilities of both parties, or to remove wording from this contract. It is up to the artist to decide whether these are reasonable.
