Generally, Small Claims Courts is a way for the average person to resolve simple disputes concerning money or property with a neighbour, merchant or customer for amounts up to $10,000 without having to hire a lawyer. Small Claims Court is quicker and cheaper than regular courts, and is run fairly informally.

The Member's Handbook is the latest publication from CARFAC Ontario to help you get the most out of your membership. The handbook will be mailed in hard copy to all new and renewing members. DISPATCH is CARFAC Ontario’s quarterly membership newsletter. Each issue carries news from around the office, articles on currents events in the arts world, advocacy information, a profile of an artist member, listings of members’ exhibitions, and a year-long grants calendar.
