Please choose the payment plan or automatically renewing membership that best fits your needs. These new options are available via PayPal Online payments. If you already have a PayPal account, you may be familiar with the services offered by PayPal Online payments, and you know that your agreement with PayPal is separate from your relationship with CARFAC Ontario or any other online vendor. Please note that the standard membership term of one year is applicable. Payment plans may not be cancelled mid-term. If you wish to cancel your automatic renewal, you will need to contact us prior to your automatic renewal date (one year from your initial payment date). Please remember that you are making a commitment to support our organization on an ongoing basis, and that by selecting one of the buttons below, your recurring membership will start immediately and continue indefinitely unless we hear otherwise from you at the time of renewal. This option reduces the administrative tasks associated with your annual renewal and allows you to continually support CARFAC Ontario.

Using PayPal Online Payments is fast, easy and secure. However, it can be intimidating at first. If you encounter any problems, please feel free to contact us.

  • First you must make sure to allow "cookies" and "pop-ups" on your browser.
  • Click on the "Payment Plan" button below the type of membership you wish to purchase.
  • A new window will open and it will instruct you to "Enter Payment Information"
  • If you have an existing PayPal account, enter your email address and password in the corresponding fields.
  • If you do not have a PayPal account, click on the link near the bottom of the page next to "Don't have a PayPal account?" A secure form will be brought up where you can provide PayPal with your payment information. Fill the form carefully and follow the instructions.
  • When you have finished using PayPal, you will be returned to our web site to a page titled "One more step to complete your payment... " If that does not happen, browse back to this window and click here.

The International Association of Artists defines a professional artist as one who:

  • Earns a living through art making; and / or
  • Possesses a diploma in an area considered to be within the domain of fine arts; and / or
  • Teaches art in a school of art or applied art; and / or
  • Whose work is often seen by the public or is frequently or regularly exhibited; and / or
  • Is recognized as an artist by the consensus of opinion among other professional artists.
