Artist Lecture Agreement (Contract)

This contract is intended as a model for a negotiated agreement between an artist and an institution where the artist is engaged to give a lecture. It can be used if the artist is contracted for a single lecture or a series of lectures, or if the artist is engaged to teach a class or series of classes for a given term. It can also be adapted for use when an artist is asked to give an artist’s talk that is not in connection with a specific exhibition, or when an artist participates in a panel discussion, roundtable, or conducts a workshop or seminar on an art‐related issue.
