Digital Art License Agreement (Contract)

This contract is intended as a model for a negotiated agreement between an artist and a client with respect to the exhibition of a work of digital art. For the purposes of the agreement, digital works are works which consist of a computer file created by the artist on third party (i.e., non‐proprietary) software, which may be copied to and run in a variety of formats on third party software.
