Private and Public Commissions Agreement (Contract)

A commission agreement can be as simple as a collector commissioning an artist to do a painting or sculpture for them. However, it can be the most complex and potentially risky contract an artist enters into. Both the private commission and the public commission agreements include clauses that protect the preliminary and final designs submitted by the artists.
