Sound & Video Art Agreement (Contract)

This contract is intended as a model for a negotiated agreement between a sound artist and an exhibitor of sound art. It is primarily intended to govern the exhibition of a work of sound art in an actual gallery space. This agreement can replace or be used to adapt an existing exhibition loan agreement. It is recommended that both artists and exhibitors also refer to the Exhibition Loan Agreement. For the distribution of video art, artists may want to consult the Video Art Distribution Agreement.
