Video Art Distribution Agreement (Contract)

A distributor of video and/or film essentially operates similarly to an art rental agency in that it represents the video works of several artists for rental or distribution to various individuals and organizations, such as educational facilities, curators, and festival coordinators. This contract is intended as a model for a negotiated agreement between a video artist and a distributor of video art.
