CARFAC Ontario Member Legal Services [Fees]

These rates are available exclusively to CARFAC Ontario members. They are provided to give you an idea and help you plan, each case is assessed individually and provided a quote tailored to your legal needs.

Fees

The rates below are structured based on a new, experimental model of delivering legal services and with consideration of the industry standard hourly rate of $425 for a senior lawyer. These rates are provided to give you an idea and help you plan — each case is assessed and provided a quote tailored to your needs.

We prioritize value-based billing. It will not always be hourly — whenever possible we will provide fixed rates. We will work with you to get creative with financing your legal needs and are open to discussing group legal consultations with shared fees, and accommodating your specific financial needs. For matters requiring extensive support, payment instalment plans may be available.

All prices in CAD$. CARFAC Member Legal Services do not include fees for court-related matters, but this may be discussed directly with Entcounsel.
