CARFAC Ontario Member Legal Services [Fees]

These rates are available exclusively to CARFAC Ontario members only. They are provided to give you an idea and help you plan, each case is assessed individually and provided a quote tailored to your legal needs.

We prioritize value-based billing. It will not always be hourly — whenever possible, we will provide fixed rates. We will work with you to get creative with financing your legal needs and are open to discussing group legal consultations with shared fees, and accommodating your specific financial needs. For matters requiring extensive support, payment instalment plans may be available.

CARFAC Member Legal Services do not include fees for court-related matters, but this may be discussed directly with Entcounsel.

Accessibility
Accessibility & Accommodations

Entcounsel is committed to providing accessible legal services in accordance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA), the Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation (O. Reg. 191/11), and the duty to accommodate under the Ontario Human Rights Code.

We accommodate access needs on request, including but not limited to:

  • Calls placed through Canada VRS, IP Relay, or Message Relay Services
  • Documents in accessible formats for screen-readers or text-to-speech software
  • Large-print or plain-language versions of key documents
  • Attendance of a personal support worker, peer-support person, or trusted companion at meetings, with the client's consent
